Dynamic content based on user input

I was wondering if someone could help me with this; I’m looking to build functionality whereby a user would input a 4 digit numerical code into the site, then serve up wifi credentials based on the code. So, for example, 1234 would give you Wifi Name: X and Wifi Password Y, while 1233 would give you WIfe Name A and Wifi Password B. This could be through dynamic content (ie two content blocks that look up against a database) or, to start with, an individual page for all the codes, but either way; is there a way to do this using Squarespace, even if it is not something an application can do and would require specialist coding skills?

If your look up data is not sensitive, you can store it into squarespace block content, and it would require coding skill to find and present the data in that way
