Hi,

Does anyone know a way to send ShareASale an order Subtotal minus any discounts given. All the SquareSpace tags send the subtotal prior to discounts so commissions are paid on the full purchase price not the discounted price. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue and just submitted a support ticket to ShareASale. I'm honestly not sure how an issue this big made it pass their user testing phase. I'll update here if I get a response from ShareASale.

I heard back from ShareASale tech support who confirmed that this was an issue. He sent over their "pixel documentation" and basically put it in our court to find a solution. You can view the documentation here. Maybe a developer could put this documentation to use and help you identify a solution?

I honestly think ShareASale should stop promoting SquareSpace integration until they get this issue resolved or at least mention that this is an issue.
