Resizing gallery block to fit on homepage for mobile

Hello All.

I'm using a gallery block as a header for my homepages , and unfortunately its not sized appropriately for mobile, would anyone be able to help me with a code that allows me to resize this for mobile & tablet?

Because there is text on the images they are being cut off unfortunately. TIA!
