Text-to-speech widget from websitevoice.com

Hello,

We were using the widget for the text-to-voice add-on from websitevoice.com for our site in 7.0 and it worked great. When we re-created the site in 7.1, I used the same code in the footer, but it's only working on some pages, on some pages it appear halfway down the page, and on some pages not at all. Any advice for this coding to make it function starting at the top of all pages?

To see what I mean, on the homepage https://www.builtbyus.org.uk it starts mid-page, but works starting at the top of the page on https://www.builtbyus.org.uk/learning-and-consultancy.
