Parallax Image Scroll

Hi!

I've been trying to figure out how to target a parallax effect to specific images on my site so that they move slightly slower, or faster than the text that is aligned with them upon scrolling. I've found a couple examples of this effect on various websites:

Would anyone know how to do this?
