Image caption text appearing bold after color change

I am changing the color of image captions, however after adding my customization to CSS the text is appearing somewhat bold or more thick. Another weird thing is the first image caption is showing correctly, but only that one.

In the image I provide it shows the first two. Notice the second is more thick than the first.

Is there a solution to this? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

.image-caption .sqsrte-small {
