Banner Image size

Hello,

I have a problem with the banner images on my website. I have cropped them to 2500px and yet Squarespace is cropping them so that only part of the image is visible. Also, it zooms in and doesn't look good. As an example the banner as it should be displayed and how it currently looks. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks 😉
