Vertical line

Is there a way to add a vertical line to separate columns of text within the same block? How about to separate blocks of text/ images within a section? ? Let's say something like this (It's a screenshot from Word). I imagine there must be some code injection that would enable me to do it on Squarespace (rather than use an image), right?   Thanks, Magda
