How to make all headers transparent

I want all the headers on this site to be transparent, but when I change the global settings, it only applies to the home page and the donate page. How do I make it apply to the rest of the site?

Hi. Add to Design > Custom CSS. Change red to transparent

header#header {
    background: red !important;
}

On the pages that aren't the way you want them change the image background width to Full Bleed for the first section of the page.

I assume you are trying to replicate the look of the home and donate page?
