Please help! Change gallery page on mobile view

Hey! I have two things Im really stuck on-

1) On desktop view this page comes up as two pictures a row however on mobile it is coming up as three, is there a way to change this? Not sure if I've messed it up with some previous css but it looks really un mobile friendly, I would also really like the text underneath to display as a hover over instead of underneath.

2) This second picture is how mobile view currently comes up, it was previously spilling onto two rows so I found a way to make it one, but it the images are too small.. Is there a way to have this as two full size images on mobile, and three on desktop view to make it more mobile friendly?
