Which templates allow both horizontal and vertical scrolls?

Bit of a strange request, but I'm trying to build a site that will allow be to toggle the site width to be... well, quite wide. I tried this on Avenue, but it seems to max out at 1200px, regardless of the number I put in. Let me know if there are any templates in 7.0 or 7.1 that would support this.
