After domain transfer: Cannot open website on apple devices when in Wifi

Hi, I hope this is okay to post here as this section was closest to my issue:

I recently transferred a domain from IONOS to squarespace, the process has been completed but I now have issues accessing the website. When I use my mac or iPhone when connected to my Wi-Fi I cannot open the website in any browser (Error message: Server not found). Once I disconnect the Wi-Fi the issue doesn't occur. On my work laptop which is windows I don't have any issues when connected to the Wi-Fi. I asked a friend to test it on their apple device connected to their Wi-Fi and again, the same problem.

I don't really know where to start with solving this so any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Your site is up and working - I can access it.

These issues are normal when transferring a domain. The old settings are still cached (remembered) on some devices and networks, where they have accessed the site using the old details recently. They do this to improve performance.

The new details will 'propagate' over a period of time. Depending on the settings, this can take anything from 10 minutes to 72 hours.

Try downloading your website over a cellular data network. If a cellular connection is unavailable, connect to a different Wi‑Fi network and download the website. If you are using a VPN (a virtual private network), check your VPN settings. Some apps and websites may block content from loading when the VPN connection is active. Try to perform as many of these basic steps as described in the Multitechverse and write if you were able to connect to Wi-Fi and open a website. I also recommend waiting a few days if you have just transferred a domain.
