Replacing Header Button with custom code for a third party application

I am trying to replace the button on my header that says 'Order Now' with custom html code that produces a button that takes customers to a third party ordering system via a pop up.

I have already successfully installed this button on my home page main image (the one that also says 'Order now') via a coding block, but i also want it to appear in my header so that it can be accessed anywhere on the website but I am unsure of how to insert this code into my header, replacing the header button.

The code is the following;

<span class="glf-button" data-glf-cuid="cfb755ea-28c0-4c43-b168-b6197bc0c93a" data-glf-ruid="ce751149-2381-40f0-beb0-7b29799a5ec3" style="font-family: inherit; text-align: center; text-shadow: none; display: block; width: 150px; margin: 0 auto; padding-left: 20px; padding-right: 20px; padding-top: 17px; padding-bottom: 17px; font-size: 12px; font-weight: 500; color:#000000 !important; border-radius:0px; background-color: #E2C273">ORDER NOW</span>
src="https://www.fbgcdn.com/embedder/js/ewm2.js" defer async ></script>

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank you.
