css Trouble With Line Height on Mobile View for Custom Code

Hi everyone! 

I'm having trouble finding the right block ID and code to create some line height on a website for mobile view.  I thought the code below would do the trick but perhaps I didn't find the proper block ID? Any help is MUCH appreciated!
