how to change font color in one place only

hi friends,

does anyone know if there is some simple code to change the font color - but in one place only?

its on my homepage, under the main image www.betweentwonaps.com

the image behind the text is making the text hard to read.  i wanted to turn the text + link white just in this instance where it says:
