Aligning image bottom on main banner with bottom of page

Hi Amazing community!

I am working with the Brine template! I would love to aligned the bottom of the image of the doctor in the main banner with the button of the banner? (Sorry not sure if it makes sense but I added an image of what I am hoping to achieve below). I would also ideally like to incorporate a button below the text,  I am currently using the overlap image poster block . Has anybody tried this? Do you have a Code I could implement on my website or perhaps an idea of how I could work around this issue?
