Currently customers purchase a service in our store and are asked to fill out google docs for registration purposes. I want to be able to get the registration information, track who has filled out all forms and have an easy way to contact members. Does anyone have any suggestions? As you've found, you can make it work with some workarounds but there will be lots of unnecessary admin. I recommend you look at one of the specialist sports registration products that have been produced specifically for this type of situation. There are a number of different products available depending on your specific requirements and where you are operating.
