Adding text above an image gallery

Hello, 

I have an image gallery on my page, I can't work out how to add text about this within the same section. I have add a section about and use that to put in a heading, however I then end up with extra whitespace. 

When I highlight the section, I don't get an option to add any other modules.

Hi. To reduce space, add this to Design > Custom CSS

}

}
