"Sold out" text not showing on drop down menu in 7.1

Hi there,

I've recently made a few changes to my website that's under construction.

Today I noticed that the "Sold out" text in the drop down menu on a product is not displaying anymore.
I'm not sure what I could've changed to have removed it.

I've searched through the forums but cant seem to find a fix that works.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
