Adding code to my product page for my multilingual website

Hi, 

I created a multilingual website (French, English). The language of my website is English though and it sticks to one language for the entire website. When I go the French version of my website, on the product page, there are certains words that appear automatically in English like "quantity" for example. (see attachment). I have tried to go into the code by using the right-click, and I was able to translate that word in the code, but sadly the changes do not appear on my website. Does anyone have an idea what to do?

To change Quantity text, you will need to use custom code. If you still need help, jut comment below, we will check & help you.
