Centering text including header space

Hi there!
I would like to center my text in the middle of the page.
As you can see the text is perfectly aligned and centered but only in the "text container", and this not include the header space.

As you can see in the screenshot the text seems not to be centered in the middle both on mobile and desktop version.
I would like to know if there is someone who can help me with some code to centering and align the text in the middle.
(this happens on all my pages Home - Chi siamo - Prodotti - Contatti)
