How can I create a online Shop that does not selling products but provides a BUY NOW link to external URL for products listed?

I am looking to create a fashion blog for a particular niche that also has a "shop" that contains all of the recommended products and has a buy now button that directs to external providers instead of an add to cart button. I would like it to have the look and feel of a regular online shop by providing additional information of the product and allow users to filter search by product categories however I will not be selling these products so I want to direct them to the retailers website. How can I go about creating this?
