How to add a lead generation form (in html) behind a button?

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://www.clickforest.com

I'm trying to add the activecampaign forms (in html) behind a "more information" button on my website.

But i can't seem to find how to do this, can somebody help me?

We have been trying a lot on a temporary url --> https://www.clickforest.com/digital-advertising-online-marketing-1

I got this embed code from activecampaign but i don't know where to use it...

<div class="_form_14"></div><script src="https://clickforest.activehosted.com/f/embed.php?id=14" type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8"></script>

We are looking to add a "lightbox mode button" that opens an embed code.

When you do the test on the MOST RIGHT select button (hyperion), you'll notice the managed to show the popup with the activecampaign form in a lightbox! The only problem is that you can't switch between the form fields with your tab key... Is there an easy way to fix this?

Thanks a lot all in advance!!!!

This might be hard to answer with just code suggestions since it seems more like something you'll need to work out in the actual squarespace builder. I can tell you that the snippet of code looks like what will create a form for you, but perhaps not the lightbox. You can test that by adding a simple stand-alone code module and pasting this snippet in there and see what it generates on the front end. If it's just a form by itself then you know you'll need to build the button/lightbox functionality on your own. That's where it would be necessary to actually be in your builder to see what's happening. You appear to already have a functioning button/lightbox combo so i would hope you can just copy that setup?

As for the tabbing through the form, i can't really say why that's not happening here. Might be due to each input/label combo being in their own div or something, i don't really know.
