Deliver online fitness programs

I'm wondering if someone can point me in the right direction or help me create a platform to present fitness workouts. I have gifs for the demonstration content and using a different webpage for each workout. Are there any code injections to enhance this product with things like timed intervals, swipe for next exercise rather than scroll etc? Would love to create some kind of seperate portal with the program on?
