Convertkit Form to Squarespace

I know this is not the first time someone asked a question about this. I read through several threads and still cannot resolve.

So far, I have tried copying the html as well as Javascript and put it into both <code> and Embed.

I do have a business account but when I click submit, it just says script disabled. I tried to log out, refresh, etc and it still doesnt work. See image --->

script tag is disabled on editor mode, this is standard procedure, is it showing on your live site?

I have this issue, too. Followed all the previous advice but it does not show on the live site, even after a few minutes.
