Adding background color to text block no longer working

Hi,

Following what seems to be an update to SS yesterday, my code for adding a color background to a text block is no longer working.  I can see it when I am in the css panel and view the "preview" however it is no longer visible on the Live site.  

For example on the site https://www.endowellness.com.au/ home page first hero banner there should be white transparent background behind the text block.

This is the css I have used:

#block-5692ff2866f14080a25a, #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1615452390949_12217, #block-6049f1c6c2c1fa0173ef0ab0 {
background-color: #f0f0f04D!important;
padding: 25px;
}

I don't understand.  I'm looking at it on Chrome, on Safari, on Bing... it does not display the background colour.  I have even contacted SS support and they could confirm it was in "preview" but not live site. ???

to rgba code
