Tracking Submission form Drop Down Option Form

I have two submission forms on my website that have "how did you hear from us" forms. Is there a way to get Squarespace or Google Analytics to track the answers people submit to these questions?

Not a super effective solution, but Squarespace should send you the answers so you can record them separately.
