Formatting on front page "buttons" Help!! New to this

Hello all. I am very new to this website thing. I am in the process of trying to create a website for my portfolio. I am using the Beaumont template. I know less than zero about coding and website design by the way.

For some reason my "buttons" (correct term?) on my home page that leads to the categories pages used to be nice squares and now they are cut off on the top and bottom. See attached images.

I was playing around with formatting. I believe I was in Design-->Site Styles-->Buttons. I think the error occurred when I hit "reset defaults" as I was not comfortable with the changes I was making. Not sure what it was doing to be more accurate. See attached image of this menu

Never Mind I fixed it. There were more options in the scroll down bar, that I did not see.
