Do you mean the products blog?

I mean when we want to add the items in the webshop also on the homepage so that people can directly click through it and come on webshop tab 

Generally there are two built-in ways to go about this. Use summary blocks or product blocks.

I'm not sure if they'll behave the way you want by default. But give them a go and see if either of them gets close to what you want. If not then it might be possible to alter them in some way with Javascript.
