Fixed header with translucid background color

Hello!

I have chosen to have a fixed header on my site that follows when scrolling.

I have chosen the "transparent" option, which makes it transparent on top (before scrolling).

I would really like to change the transparent setting to have some color, but with transparancy (see attached images).

Is this possible?
