Transparent Mobile Navigation dissapperead and parralax scrolling jumpy (7.0)

My site had transparent mobile navigation and then I tweaked a couple settings for another reason and suddenly the navigation is no longer transparent.  I have tried various things to get it back but can't figure it out, any ideas?  The site is ZacharyBarron.com 

Also the parallax scrolling is very jumpy on mobile and I would like to make the second image on mobile larger height any thoughts on how to do that?

Any suggestions, especially would like to make the nav bar transparent on mobile.  I have tried various css but have had no luck.

Add to Design > Custom CSS > Then save & reload your site
