paul2009 Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 Squarespace form submissions will always appear from Squarespace. It is not possible to change this. Workarounds include: Use a third party form provider Use an automation tool (such as Zapier) to route the form data from Squarespace to a third party (such as Google Sheets) where it can be reconstructed and re-sent using your own details. About me: I've been a SQSP User for 18 yrs.
