Blog excerpt thumbnail looking too small on mobile - any way to change?

Hoping a clever person can help a brother out! 

In mobile view our blog thumbnails appear really small. This is the Five template. https://fifimcgee.co.uk/blog

Does anyone know what I would need to do to alter the image size so it stretched to fit the screen?
