Text Blocks to Carousel

I'm trying to make my site much better for mobile. Below my Hero, I have 3 text columns where I explain the benefits of using our product. However, on Mobile these text columns stack, meaning you have to scroll a bunch to get past them. I was wondering, how can I make make those text columns turn into a carousel once it gets to mobile?

You may have to use another block on mobile (gallery section maybe) and use css to show/hide the 2 blocks accordingly based on screen width

Any suggestions for how I can do this?
