When I add an image effect on my last section (specifically Tilt) in my first page the image would disappear how do i fix it?

My background image seems to disappear when ever i add a "Tilt" image effect on the bottom section of my site, I would like to add 2 background images with tilt effects in the same page. Is it possible?

Also, on tablet, it has white bar on right of screen. You can add this to Design > Custom CSS to fix it
