Adding a page header (for contact info) above primary header

Hi,

How do I add a separate, color header to display company contact details on every page of the website?

The template I am using does not have the UPPER & LOWER header feature, so I need to add a header to the top of the page.

Please help! Thank you.

Could you share the URL to your website so we can take a look at it? Also, to clarify, you want this information to be above the title/title-bar of your website?

And yes, I am want to add a separate full width color header, that can allow me to add firm contact information like an email address or phone number, ABOVE the title bar of the website.

Looking at your website now, I see the purple bar with phone number and email above the header/title. Did you figure this out or did you want to increase the height? Looks fine on my end.
