How do I fix orphans in blogs and gallery titles?

Hey all, 

Does anyone know the best way to adjust the way titles show so there aren't any orphans? In my gallery and blogs, there's a sole word that looks out of place. Is this just a matter of adjusting the text size? Or do I need to adjust the width?

Okay, so I figured it out for the blog titles but not the gallery titles yet. 

Add to Design > Custom CSS

div.article-wrapper header {
    width: 100% !important;
    max-width: 100% !important;
}
