My custom share button doesn't work on Squarespace

Hi if you press the share button and then click twitter for example it doesn't work and the pop up window doesn't show. I purchased this audio plugin and the developer doesn't know why it's not working and everything is implemented correctly, he did ask this though-

Is it possible that the website has some feature that prevents the popup window to open? https://www.w3schools.com/jsref/met_win_open.asp

I also have another site which it works perfectly on you can see the working player here but on a non Squarespace site.

Can anyone help, this is the only feature which doesn't work.

Not all of the icons are working on the Non squarespace site, including Facebook. Mayber there is a connection. Fixing one provides the way to fix both.
