Make Gallery Text Responsive

I’m working with the Impact template and the text in the gallery page section is not responsive. I tried changing the aspect ratio of the gallery blocks, but that ended up with way too much space for the blocks on desktop.

The full text area doesn't show up on mobile or tablet - it gets cut off. Is it possible to make the gallery blocks responsive to how much text is in the blocks?

Add to Design > Custom CSS

Now it overlaps 😕

Is it possible to change the gallery image height as well with the text?

There's also gallery pages on "Impact" and "Home" where it does the same thing.
