Help making custom sub nav sticky

I have separate sub navigations for each project page and am looking to make them sticky but can't figure out how. Ideally I would like to have both the header and sub nav sticky, but it's okay if just sub nav is.

Any suggestions on how to do this?

Could you try this custom css

I dont see the css in your custom css?

@bangank36 Thank you! I just replaced the css and that worked for the Rehellinen page you have pictured above. I'm wondering how to make this work for the other pages as well?

@bangank36 I was able to make the sub nav sticky for each page using the code you gave me but now the it's only full width on mobile and only takes up about 1/3 of the width of the page on desktop. Is there a width I can set this to that would make it optimal for desktop and mobile?
