Banner on New Section is Showing Up Differently

I created a new section called "services" which has a banner allowing you to see the banner I added past my offerings on my home page, but when you visit via the link, or the button I added "Let's Find Yours" it sends me to that new section, disconnected from my home page, and there's a white background covering over the banner. Would love any help here so the transition keeps the user on my home page and without the white background.
