Linking to page content with sub nav?

I am trying to make it so you are able to quickly navigate to different content on a page using sub nav. I have added sub navigation to the page but I can't figure out how to link to different parts of the same page. Does anyone know how I might be able to link to page content rather than other pages on my site?

You need to create anchor links.
