e-commerce site on ipad?

Hello, I’m very new to all this and I’m having a lot of trouble navigating the help articles.

A couple of things:

First, is the SquareSpace mobile website builder efficient? I will be building on an iPad Air.

Second, I can’t figure out which plan fits my needs. I need a domain name and I am selling an online service by appointment.
