Removing fixed header from specific index pages?

Hi, just wondering how I can remove the fixed header function from a certain index page? Trying to make a FAQ page but when I press the link the header is blocking the question. If  not is there a way I can make the header padding smaller?

You can find the page id using this tool

Chrome Web Store - Extensions (google.com)

and replace the id accordingly in this snippet, then place it into Design->Custom css
