Add date stamp to Pages

Hi! I'm wanting to add a time stamp to select Pages, like what exists on Blogs. Main purpose is so Google SERP can display an 'updated' date. Ideally - if possible - it would be good to display on the page itself but this is definitely not essential. Thanks so much!

I found this and added to the dive mask page but was not sure exactly how to make it work - or if it was relevant to me:
