How do I get map block where the map is full bleed with no padding on top, right, or bottom?

I am trying to make a section to look like the photo attached. The map should be on the right but should be full bleed with no padding to the right, bottom, or top. There should be a colored background text section on the left.

I think You can add a blank section

Next, add a Map Block

Next add a Text Block under Map

Then share link to page where you added Map. We will give the code to achieve layout in screenshot.
