Meaganp Posted February 22, 2021 Share Posted February 22, 2021 Hey friends, I'm trying to figure out how to change the email I receive orders to without changing my Squarespace login. I have multiple Squarespace sites, so it's important for the orders coming in to go to their associated email addresses. Presently they're going to the email I use to log in to Squarespace. I need them to go to a different email for order fulfillment, but I can't seem to figure out how to change this. Solution creedon Posted February 28, 2021 Solution Share Posted February 28, 2021 You can invite the email address to be a contributor with the Store Manager privilege. Then once the invite has been accepted log in to https://account.squarespace.com/ with the email account and set up the notifications to send Store Notifications. Find my contributions useful? KADA6829 Posted February 14, 2022 Share Posted February 14, 2022 Inviting yourself a new contributor with a different email address doesn't work, SS doesn't deliver the email invite and when manually sending the invite URL, SS says you already have permission. There is no way to do what the original question is and SS recommends you not use a custom email from Google Workspace (name@domainurl.com) anyway. So all our orders and communications for both SS sites go to the same email. Link to comment
