How to edit the order of images in mobile view

On the hompage of my website in desktop view you can see that the images are in Grid layout 

and in the mobile view is in a stack layout.

I like my Desktop Layout right now which is:

Add Image 1, 2, 3

Add a Line Block

Add Image 4, 5, 6

Add a Line Block

....

Remove all Line Blocks.
