Facebook Messenger Chat not appearing

I have followed the instructions to install the messenger code,

I have whitelisted the external/internal urls (communitywines.com.au/.squarespace.com) with https:// and https://www

I have pasted the code in header - chatbot does not appear

I have pasted code in footer - chatbot does not appear

I have posted code in specific page header - chatbot does not appear

I have made the page visible to the world - chatbot does not appear

Can anyone offer advice?

I have checked this on multiple browsers and on chrome incognito mode.

Is anyone still having this problem, I note there are multiple posts on this topic.

Has anyone found a solution that is not one of the above?
