How can I make my line longer so it fits across the entire page?

Hi I had to remove from the page but I have a design change here:

There are two lines below the first image section.

1. I'd like both to span across full screen
2. both lines to be closer together
3. the bottom line thicker than the top 

similar to the attached screen

Hi. You can add lines in seperate section, then we can target it easier.

Thank you! I have now moved both lines into separate sections.
